After relocating to Phoenix, Chef Mamoona Hilal recognized the absence of a quality Desi restaurant in the area offering a blend of Pakistani, Afghani, and Indian cuisines at reasonable prices. Sharing her vision with her husband, Muhammad Hilal Safi, they co-founded a restaurant, introducing Mamoona’s unique recipes. Over time, they rebranded the restaurant to Hilal Grill, maintaining the exceptional taste and high-quality dishes crafted by Chefs Mamoona and Hilal.
